Join our Summer Ballet Intensive, specially designed for serious dancers ages 9 and up who are eager to refine their skills and elevate their artistry. This comprehensive ballet training program offers a unique opportunity to train with renowned faculty, focusing on technique, strength, and performance skills in an immersive environment.

Dates: Two sessions available: July 14 - July 25 and August 11 - August 22 (Monday to Friday)
Comprehensive Training: Ballet technique, pre-pointe/pointe, classical repertoire, partnering, contemporary, and stretch & strength.
Expert Instructors: Train with guest teachers, distinguished faculty, and YAGP finalist coaches, offering world-class guidance and mentorship.
In-Studio Performance: Showcase your progress in a culminating performance at the end of each session.

Registration:
All students must register by completing the online application form below.
The audition fee is $30, payable online via the form.
Once you submit the form, we will contact you to schedule your audition.
Attire:
Women: Leotard, tights, ballet shoes, pointe shoes (if applicable), and hair secured off the face.
Men: Fitted T-shirt, tights, ballet shoes.
No warm-ups or skirts allowed.
Audition results will be emailed by March 1st, 2025.
Video Auditions
Students unable to attend the in-person audition may submit a video audition by 11:59 PM EST on March 15, 2025. Please complete the online application form and include a link to your unlisted YouTube video.
$30 fee is required for video submission.
Audition results will be sent via email by March 15, 2025.
Video Audition Guidelines
To submit your video:
Post it as “unlisted” on YouTube and include the link in the designated space on the application form.
Wear appropriate ballet attire:
Women: Leotard, tights, ballet shoes, pointe shoes (if applicable), and hair secured off the face.
Men: Fitted T-shirt, tights, ballet shoes.
No warm-ups or skirts allowed.
Video Requirements:
Must be filmed within the last three months and not exceed 15 minutes.
Ensure the dancer is fully visible at all times—no close-ups, silhouette lighting, or filming into mirrors.
No other dancers should appear in the video.
Required Content:
Barre: Plié, tendu, rond de jambe, grands battements
Center: Adagio, pirouettes, petit allegro, grand allegro
Pointework (if applicable): Échappé relevé, pirouettes, turns across the floor
Only one side of each exercise needs to be shown.
Scholarships
Merit-based scholarships for Summer Intensive tuition are available and awarded based on audition performance.
Scholarships range from 10% to full tuition, granted at the discretion of our artistic staff.
Scholarships apply only to tuition and do not cover the registration fee, housing, attire, visas, or any additional program-related expenses.
Students awarded scholarships will be notified upon acceptance.
Sample Daily Schedule (9:30-3:30)
9:30 – 11:00 AM – Ballet Technique
11:15 – 12:30 PM – Pointe Class / Partnering / Stretch and Strength
12:30 – 1:15 PM – Lunch Break
1:15 – 2:15 PM – Contemporary / Variations / Jumps and Turns
2:30 – 3:30 PM – Performance Rehearsal
Tuition
$1,375 per session
Enroll before May 1 to receive Early Bird pricing of $1,200 per session!
A 30% deposit is due 10 days after acceptance, with final balances due by May 15th.
